Forever 21

Today was my last day as a 21 year old. I’ll admit I’m a bit sad to be turning 22. Yes, I know it’s my golden year & I hope it lives up to the hype. I loved being 21, I honestly wish I could stay 21 forever.

I ate very poorly this weekend (Chili’s & cookout). My diet suffered heavily. Chili’s was the worst; I had appetizer, meal, & dessert. That’s insane! I’ve never ate that much before. Then the next day, which was yesterday, I ate so much meat it was BS. Luckily, I started this day off right. I decided to take Oxy Elite Pro (Super Thermogenic pill) that came with all the BSN supplements I ordered from bodybuilding.com. I got 2 sample packets & gave one packet to Ricky.

I took the pill at 8:30am (30 mins. before work) with Syntha-6. I didn’t feel anything. I had read so many good reviews about how the product gave you lots of energy & makes you sweat. Nothing…then suddenly (2hours later), while I was cashing out customers at the register, I noticed my lower abs were sweating. I couldn’t believe it. It was actually working. I also felt an increase in energy; they were sky high.

I saw Mr. Ron Wolfolk with his wife at Kohl’s today. He was my boss at Academic Advising. We shook hands, hugged & just caught up on each other. As soon as I got out of work, I headed straight to the zone for my forearm & calf workout. I got there, bought an Endorush, & wrecked (especially my calves). I finished first with Syntha-6.

I decided to go to grocery shopping with my mom because I wanted to specific food to increase my protein intake. My dad drove us to Wal-Mart but didn’t get down. My mom & I saw JC’s mom at Wal-Mart. I found a lot of new items that liked. I found my egg whites (again), different tuna, different turkey breast, whole grain brown rice, bananas, & so much more!

After grocery shopping with my mom, I blasted my abs & then went jogging at the old BC track. I planned on running 3 miles but my energy levels were so high that I ran 5 miles. It felt good but I still knew I had messed up big time this weekend with my nutrition.

P.S. I’m going to become a registered dietitian.
