Early Bird
This morning was different from others. Mostly because I had to pick up my Aunt Cory for work. I was at her house by 7am and at Rangerville by 7:15am (by far the earliest). My aunt & I had an interesting conversation on the way to work. Mainly about her son (my cousin), Danny, & how he’d been sleeping in his car the past two nights. My aunt wants Danny to stop making poor decisions and get himself on the right track.
My day at Rangerville was swell. I felt like I had more control over the little ones today. The little ones did a Valentine’s Day project & had to write in a paper-shape heart saying who you were thankful for and why. Some of the little ones chose me. I felt appreciated. Overall, my day at Rangerville was great especially since I rubbed it to Jamie about being a world champ (Saints Superbowl Champs).
This past weekend was not a good one from a nutritional standpoint. Then again I was running low on sleep all week and it caught up to me. I almost didn’t go to work on Saturday because I was so tired. Good thing I managed to go because Martha said if I had missed I would have been fired. Once I got out of work my drained body craved for energy. I tore up a storm and ate everything in sight.
Today’s workout was great. I took my N.O.-Xplode pre-training supplement & headed towards the zone. I tore up chest & triceps with Volumaize in hand. I’m starting to love this stuff because it adds volume to my muscles while I’m working out. I kept teasing Vino that he rolled up his sleeves & started wrecking. He said he wasn’t going to let me catch up. I finished up with 30 minutes of HIIT cardio & then finished first with Cellmass & True-Mass.
